SEOUL, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Seoul shares ended flat on Wednesday with gains in financials and commodities issues lending support, but caution before options expiry and the central bank's interest rate meeting on Thursday limited rises.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) finished down 0.02 percent to 1,570.12 points.
