LAGOS, July 30 (Reuters) - Nigeria's foreign exchange reserves have fallen 3.8 percent to $37.06 billion from $38.53 billion in mid-July, the central bank said on Friday.
The forex reserves of sub-Saharan Africa's number two economy stood at around $43 billion a year ago.
Nigeria's central bank said the reserves were sufficient to support the country's import bills for more than 17 months, above the international recommended three months of imports.
